Sound Baths
Sound healing helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state. Synchronizing our fluctuating brainwaves, provides a stable frequency for attunement. Using singing bowls, tuning forks, bells, and mantras, I can create vibrations that deeply penetrate our bodies, moving through our tissues and organs. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory, releasing blockages and creating profound sense of peace and relaxation, returning our bodies to their natural healing state.
Sound baths are an hour long practice, where you will lay down or sit comfortably as the healing waves wash over you. Small group sessions are available for booking.
