Sound Healing
Sound healing using tools that include Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, bells, drum, and mantras, we are able to create vibrations that deeply penetrate your body, moving through tissues and organs. Sound resonates directly into our cellular memory, releasing blockages, and returning our bodies to their natural state of peace and relaxation.
Earth Energy
Earth medicine heals the energetic aspects of our bodies. Crystals, rocks, and minerals have a frequency or vibration specific to the healing properties they possess. Plants, like herbs, can also heal. Adding these to your energetic field, can help correct and realign your body to a healthy state of vibration.

Blending my knowledge to co-create healing on a deeper level is my goal in each session. I want to help you RISE to meet a more healthy, peaceful, and joyful life!
These powerful 60 or 90 minute sessions combine an array of energetic practices attuned to your specific healing needs. These may include but are not limited to Reiki, Sound, Crystal Healing, Reflexology, Biofield Tuning, CST, Lightbody Activation, and Intuitive Guidance.
All energetic healing is cumulative. I offer single sessions which are helpful but 3-6 sessions are needed to create deeper healing. Each session is specifically designed around your optimum health and wellness.
Can’t get into my office but need some energy work? Consider a 30 minute remote session. These powerful healing sessions include reiki and crystal healing with intuitive guidance for your continued healing. All of this from the comfort of your home, with no need to get dressed or even comb your hair. At your scheduled time, I will connect with your energy body, while you rest at home, and balance and remove any energetic blocks leading to emotional, physical, or spiritual discomfort using Reiki and Crystal Gridding. After your session, I will email or text you what I found, what I did to correct the imbalance, and some guidance for moving forward.
