Additionally, Christy Kay is a State Registered Mental Health and Addiction Peer Support Specialist in Oregon. These credentials represent training in holistic, energetic, intuitive, peer-based, and spiritual disciplines. They do not constitute licenses to practice medicine, psychotherapy, counseling, or veterinary medicine.
3. Scope of Practice.
3.1. Here is what we will be doing together: Using a wide array of modalities and practices, we help both people and animals step back into health, soul alignment, ease, and abundance. Depending on your individual needs, our work together may integrate:
3.1.1. Energetic & Vibrational Modalities: Reiki, sound therapy, crystal therapy, CST, polarity, Biofield Tuning, BioGeometry, and infrared sauna.
3.1.2. Movement & Expressive Modalities: Chakradance and Dance for Healing, and other somatic practices.
3.1.3. Spiritual Life Coaching & Readings: Akashic Record and intuitive readings to help you reconnect to your Soul's truth.
3.1.4. Animal & Veterinary Chaplaincy: Ordained chaplaincy care, intuitive support for animals and their humans, and dedicated pet loss and grief support.
3.1.5. Peer Support & Community Services: Community-focused peer support and grief circles, drawing on Oregon State Registered Mental Health and Addiction Peer Support Specialist training.
3.2. Here is what we will not be doing together: We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or cures. This work is not a substitute for professional healthcare, licensed mental health therapy, substance abuse counseling, or licensed veterinary care. We do not "heal" you, resolve problems for you, or support spiritual bypassing. Furthermore, while Christy Kay is a Certified and Registered Peer Support Specialist in Mental Health and Drug Addiction in the State of Oregon, the
Services provided under this Agreement are spiritual, educational, and peer-based in nature and do not constitute clinical, state-contracted, or state-regulated mental health treatment or therapy services. Additionally, Christy Kay is a mandatory reporter under Oregon law as a certified Peer Support Specialist.

10. Mistakes. We are committed to doing our best. All content on the Site is intended to be as accurate and helpful as possible in providing you with our content and services. That said, please understand that we are human and can make mistakes, and that information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or contain typographical errors. If this happens, we will correct and rectify it as soon as it comes to our attention. We will never intentionally mislead you and are committed to providing you with the best content and services. 12. Release, Waiver and Indemnity. You hereby release, hold harmless, indemnify, defend, andwaive any claims against Christy Kay, Cosmic Healing LLC, DBA Cosmic Healing NW and Rising Heart Studio and its members, owners, directors, officers, contractors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, associates, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) with respect to any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, and damages incurred during, or in any way associated with the Site, digital platforms, social media, distance sessions, or products or services highlighted, promoted, or sold via the Site, however caused, including as a result of the Released Parties’ negligence, including but not limited to damage to or loss of personal property, animal injury or loss, mental distress, personal injuries, death, or illness. You are releasing the Released Parties at your own risk, and you agree to forfeit any and all forms of legal recourse that may be available to you, including but not limited to any form of damages, as a result of your engagement with the Site or purchase of products or services via the Site. You agree that this provision applies to you, your family, dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on your behalf or on behalf of your estate in the future.
13. Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Tillamook County, Oregon or through such other arbitrator as mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The losing party shall bear the costs of arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties, and the parties hereby waive any rights to appeal or challenge the award, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This arbitration clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Disclaimer or the relationship between you and Cosmic Healing
